Bullying and harassment means any unwanted behaviour that makes someone feel intimidated, degraded, humiliated or offended. It is not necessarily always obvious or apparent to others, and may happen in the workplace without an employer's awareness.

What is race discrimination
Race discrimination is when you are treated unfairly because of your race, or because of the race of someone you are connected with, such as your partner.
‘Race’ includes colour, nationality, citizenship and ethnic or national origins.
What is sex discrimination
Sex discrimination is when you are treated unfairly either because you are a man or because you are a woman.
Disability is the consequence of an impairment that may be physical, cognitive, mental, sensory, emotional, developmental, or some combination of these. A disability may be present from birth, or occur during a person's lifetime. What is discrimination because of disability.
It is against the law to discriminate against disabled people in various areas of their lives.
Being treated as if your age affects your experience, understanding or capabilities is omething we all have faced at one time or another in our working lives No only can it undermine us but it also leave many of us feeling disempowered, unsupported and undermines our self confidence.
